For the healthcare prescriber, GMS Rehabilitation offers industry leading support to assist in the provision of equipment for your clients.

All contracted products are available for trial, anywhere in Victoria, to enable assessment of suitability for your clients specific needs. Our equipment consultants can meet with you at any location, including client’s private homes, to demonstrate and trial items.

Dedicated SWEP display stock located in each of the GMS Rehabilitation showrooms is available to enable prescribers to meet with clients on-site to trial and assess all required items in a professional environment.

GMS has showrooms offering prescribers use of a private office and meeting room to utilise while meeting with clients or just to catch up on admin and reports.

Specialist complex rehab & seating staff to assist and support with prescription of customised and specialised equipment.

Clinical education and support via the GMS Professional Training program and workshops.

Service and repair of all contracted items with our workshop and mobile technicians.

General customer service and support including the booking of trails and any general advice and information required.

Transport Accident Commission (TAC)

Extensive Hire equipment range available.

Urgent repairs and non-urgent regular maintenance

Loan equipment in the interim when on-site equipment repairs are required to be carried out in the workshop, we offer provision of hire equipment in the interim.

Annual preventative maintenance service program for major equipment items.

Management and Re-issue of high cost TAC owned equipment.

Minor Home Modifications to assist safety within client’s home including the installation of grab rails, access ramps and hand held showers.

General customer service and support including the booking of equipment trials and any generic enquiries.
